Coorg Trip !!!

wo wo wo....my shoulder...ahh it hurts, still pain all over...it all started 3 days back....the amazing coorg trip of ours...i aint got n e clue the trip gonna b so xcitng....friday was a bit heavy day for me in the office...ive got in to a new heavy task and it seems like that i gotto cme to office on saturday and im gonna skip the trip....i shooted a mail the same mrng to my frnds about this and very expectedly they all went mad and started to jump on my head....hoe can i explain ??? i was a little optimistic and thought i cud ask out my pl end of the day if it seems like goin out of the way..... was workng really hard to get the work done so as to keep me alive for the next day off...the evening finally arrived and was a big surprise my pl askd me out to get back on monday....that was indeed a big piece of cake to make my day....i got the 7 o clk shuttle back home wth my room mate/colleague ....alas!! found jus 2 at home (we expcted arnd 8 to 10) well we wer quite thrilled....coz critics sed my mail in the morng about my drop triggered the same thoughts to few in our gang and i was sure iam gonna b screwed if any one drops.......well its my day and nothing can go wrong...alll wer ther on time (as always ther will b 1 or 2 exceptions) we 12 l left wth loads of expectations in a 13 seater TT.....

The journey was quite hectic wth a completely retarded driver.....he felt a lot sleepy and wanted to sleep for a while in the half way .....we have no choice....we all popped out and had a good 1 hour chat (nthng usefull tho) ....how ever we all lost the sleep due to the frequent break in journey...ahhhhh.....early in the morning reached the budhist monestry on the way....not much impressive tho still quite amazed to find 100;s of tibetians at one place....the golden buddha doesnt inspired me much.....further travelled for a while and finally reached the dormtry after a very long travel (shudnt b but..) we all really tired and hungry .....rushed to the restrnt and i jus ate all like a beggar havnt eaten for 4 days.....u wanna kno my menu for the breakfast....

pine apple juice, 1- corn flakes + milk, 2 - bread pieces, 2 - omlettes, 2 plates upma, 8 - poori's , 1 - Tea (some body told me tea is good for digestion) ;)

its a buffet and the cost is 150 rs. per head...am sure i made my money worth for the buffet....this food well keep me alive and energetic until dinner....we all left to madikeri after the breakfast...i still havent had my shower as i was anticipating a good bath in the river or the falls....2 of our frnds are meant to join us in the madikeri as they wer heading from chennai...so the plan is like we gonna pick them and head towards the falls and later to thala cauvery.... we reached madikeri, it was an hour journey from our dorm and the wayside view was catchy along wth our noisy chat....ther we go, we got those 2 folks too but that was the point we did all the same things normally the other tourists do.....

the driver calmly delivered a sentence that put every one;s excitement at stake...he is not gonna allow more than 13 ppl inside the cab....wat the ******... 2 of us really liked it and we thought the real fun just begun....our leader in the gang called up the travels and shouted at them in his own style (not funny......12 ppl still worried so lemme b serious too) and wth no help he got more angry and he ordered us to boycott the vehicle and as always we obeyed the order....now...what next??? sme one started this ..... lets go and see if therz any other local travels here.....nahhh lets first plan our return tomrrow....we need to book the bus atleast.....well, the only way i guess....soon we got in to the bus station and quite lucky we all managed to get the tickets for all in the same bus....now half releaved we planned for the rest of the trip....it was alrdy 4 pm....pretty obviously nothing much can b done now.....hired 2 jeeps (7 each) and rushed to the Thala cauvery ...jus like a treasure hunt players...we are tensed...sun is speeding up to hide and the clouds streaming in to giv a scare like its gonna rain any moment and let the ppl in coorg suffer.....well 2 of us still enjoyed all these....


we reached the spot arnd 5 pm and the place is lavishing wth green bed and dull sky....it was the originating point for river cauvery....had a little prayer for ourselves to make us feel all this long i come to get this darshan....then i guided the gang to reach a cliff passing thro 500 odd steps... was nice ...how ever no rain .....am little disappointed, i anticiapted a rain at that time....later we then travelled to Triveni sangamam ( 3 rivers junction) ...none of us bothered to kno about the names of the rivers....most of us just jumped in....yipeeeee that was a real fun for 30 mins.....its 6.30 pm almost dark and we decided to get back and all wer pretty hungry either....then back in the jeep singing all the way back to the cave......the nite was very exciting wth drinks, food and chat........picking the micky out of a dumb ass is my favrte hobby ;)

next day early in the morning part of us been for a trekking wth a paid guide.....and i was quite busy myself sleeping till 9 am....8 of us wer ther and walkd to have my breakfast and even now iam hungry (once again aravindh) ;) then played badmitton for 30 mins...i liked it specially in the hill.....the trekking mates are back to put my badmitton fun in a jeopardy.....i then back to bathroom to have my shower.....and this was a real surprise...i never had such a lovely shower ...ever in my life...i mean the water force in the shower.....it was jus like under the falls .....man i was ther under for 30 mins odd....and i enjoyed every min. of it.....back in to the jeep to reach madikeri ......now we all are a little worried as we wanted more adventure....infact again 2 of us quite eager to miss the bus and c wat happens.......

the bus was more comfrtble than the TT we travelled.... we occupied the last 3 rows of the bus and fun all the way....dirty chat, takin the piss outta every one and so on....we believe the others dont kno tamil .....back in bangalore around 8.30.....and one of our frnd offered a treat to celebrate his admission in to IIM.....cant b a better way to finish a trip.... amazing dinner and bye to all.....

the tour was overall an exciting one and i enjoyed the company more than the place....the guys are dam cool, down to earth and i din felt a bit like i was in the middle of another group....wish we cud go for another exciting adventure ....sooner or later, shud b..... ;)

Life is boring..

i always wanted to add interesting happenings in this blog....but for some reason nthng exciting happening at all...2 days i was goin late to office, how ever work was heavy....same faces around....nothing different happening wth any one....same tea occasionally, same lunch, same shuttle.....come on man i need a break....v gonna leave for a coorg trip tomrrow nite and im puzzled why am not excited about this....may once i get in to the flow i mite like it going....how ever i feel soooo lonely past 2 days....(some body get me a coffeeeeeee!!!) ;)

adventure all the way....

again long time no computers...so no blogs either.... ;) last wednesday, was in my office and heard the flash news of actor Rajkumar's death and riot started all around the city... my other frnds in ITPL left the office arnd 3 pm and we wer sitting still puzzled about wat to do next.....got the regular office shuttle safe back home... the place i live looks normal not much of excitement.... (excitement???) shortly we had the news as the next day is holiday all over bangalore....and we ll wer really happy in our house.....the whole night we had fun playing 5 cards and again the amazing aravindh outclassed every one and been a pain to every one hahahahah.......

the next day was bloody long boring day....all the tv channels wer off and we all pushed to see only the news channels or the rajkumar;s movie ...ahhhhhhhh.... the city was in a deep trouble....with riots every wer.... and i booked the ticket to madras the same nite....i was quite thrilled to kno how am gonna go....the nite finally arrived....we 4 actually gotto leave to our home town...no autos, no buses....ahhhhh.....panic every wer...frnds dropped us in Jayanagar and we managed to get a bus from ther to central bus station...and some how we wer well before time to get the bus....

the next day at home wasn;t much of excitement.... i was driving down to see my grand mum and it was so so so boring day...i had a nap ther....evening was ok...my frnds dropped in and we all been to besant nagar beach and the crowd was immaculate as it was more than wat i saw on new year's eve...oh my god i hate big crowds....sooo we thought of having food and been to planet yumm near by...crowd again how ever, managed to find a table for 5 of us.... ordered for a 2 large pizza.....costed 720 rs..... absolute waste of money i shud say.....it was 2 large cowdungs.....ahhhhhh....later had juices again a crap....i finally learnt wer not to eat in chennai....later we went for a tamil movie which is supposed to b funny but total crap....my brother joined us too...in the interval i went out and got a bottle of pepsi and my frnds wer sharing that tooo...and now my brother (famous for one liners) left out this comment which made us laugh our ass off....hahaha

he was rite for some reason.... ;)

the next day was a little awaited....my bangalore frnds dropped in and we wervisiting ther houses...i was expecting to go for a long drive to ECR (i love long drive's specially with my favrte music playing...) but cancelled for no reason at last.... :( shame, i shud make it some other time....

again next day was boring being home and doin nothing...same nite got my bus to bangalore....this time more pain in my neck.....the bus is AC and the AC is not working...guess wen we all realised this, after 1 hour of the departure.....and the ppl forced driver to get back to madras and fix the AC....later found the AC cannot be fixed and so they can only refund part of the amount so as to travel in a Non AC bus.....we all sed ok and the bus finally left at 12.30 midnite.....ahhhhhhhh...rchd bangalore next day mrng arnd 7 am.....rushed home and had a little sleep for 2 hours and back to office with loads of work to do.....left around 9.30 pm last nite....man this is tiring....jus 6 hours sleep and back to wrk today....... catch ya soon folks !!!

not a bad week...

a little busy ....put me away from blogging as well...any way nothing much happend last few days...quite happy i got out of the crap team in my office...the new team, although not much exciting, keeping me engaged with worthy tasks...now i really like my job ;)

saw few movies this week...happy and style (telugu) both good ones....i was carried away with HAPPY movie...it has a 50% impact of Azhagiya Theeayae (Tamil) movie tho yet taken very well in telugu blended with nice action scene...the hero allu arjun is neverthless a bad choice at all...the songs are quite catchy and i love it....

next 2 week ends are supposed to b exciting as am goin to madras this weekend for tamil new year...and the following week end we all planned for coor outing for 2 days ...my friend and me been to canara bank in our area so as to draw a Demand Draft to pay the accomodation for coorg trip....and this is not funny we waited for more than a hour to draw a DD in a bank had only 4 to 5 customers for the whole 2 hours duration....no proper response...no proper service...i was totally pissed off with that and decided to drop a complaint about this poor service and i approached one of the counter to have a piece of white paper to write a complaint....the chap out there directed me to the next counter and the lad in the next counter told me to get it from manager ...(this is seriously absurd...) now i thought there is no point in begging for any more and i just cant wait to get out of the bank...ahhhhh pain that was lunch time and FYI i aint had my break fast either on saturday....uhhhhh

the play on the weekend was ok...we made 1-1 draw against oracle ians and not much excitement in there...i once agained messed up in batting...made a decent bowling tho... 4 days this week ...looking forward to wrap this up and go home... ;)

Long weekend... :)

Feeling a lot chilled after a long and exciting weekend....it all started on last wednesday evening...iam quite thrilled as we got an important match (yaa...we wer washed out 3-0 last time....this is time to revenge) next morning....so my room mate and me wer discussing a lot about the so called STRATEGY to win over the next morning..... the morning arrived and we jus outclassed the flippin ORACLE ians and won both the matches and must to mention i was really happy about my bowling ( once was a silly sud...aint got any clue how to deliver a ball ;)) we all wer happy and had a long chat after that about the game we played ....the opponents wer pretty disappointed to see our macho performance ...... hahahah...they challenged us for another game on saturday and we said ok (big dhal!!!) Rest of the day slept and chatting chatting chatting.....

The friday came and the morning i felt toooooooo bored to go to office and i bunked it for no reason and enjoyed the india vs england match the whole day at home ...to my surprise i had 2 of my house mates too....good fun...i gotta mail from my frnd confirming hez visiting me this week end .....he is in hyderabad and i was really looking forward to see one of my best mates from college....and the same day i started reading an interesting book called FIVE POINT SOME ONE... It is about the last three scorers in IIT .... i can able to realise how they feel when iam reading thro...some times i got carried away and feel more comfortable with the style of the author....how ever the book reading is completely new to me and was very much uncomfortable with the posture.....yet the book was an attraction....

The saturday morning was so so so unlucky for us....we din have 2 main players ( i think they are...well, atleast better than me) and we suffered ther loss very much...yes, we lost both the matches and neverthless was an easy match....i made a good knock as a batsman this time ... (ofcourse havent given up my decent bowling) still the team lost the cohesiveness and we cant make it till the end.... we all back home with worried faces....( i think this game is getting too personal to every 1....) yet in course of time we forgot all those......later in the afternoon my frnd arrived and i have to spend the rest of the day wiv him....the same evening we all (me, arun, ramesh and visu) met in a restrnt and had a long chat.....felt really warm to myself....We stayed back in ther room for the nite and watched movie.....

Sunday back home for lunch.....nice to have a rest on sunday....visu booked for the movie MAALAMAAL WEEKLY for the same evening.... i thought its gonna b fun time ....later in the evening we realised he booked the tickets only for arun and me....i was like 'what the heck...uhhh' i wudnt have cme if its only for 2...ahhhhh...he sed he gotto go as he got some urgent work and he don wanna let us down and so he booked the ticket to us as a gift....ahhhh...hell with his idea....the cinema is really far and we gone all the way to have frnds company....still he persuaded us to carry on wth the movie.....we sat all 3 hours ther wth out givin any mind and as a flavor the movie is seriously a crap .......the whole 4 hours of the evening is a spoil sport....i later thought we rember only messed up incidents than party's and occasions ....(makes sense isnt it...) nice trump to pick the micky outta visu all the time..... ;)
