gymming is getting better :)

oh my oh!!! havnt been to gym for more than a week...... got back on last thursday and i felt like everything is strtd from beginning...so rejuvenated and got stuck once i started my tread mill...havent sweated much last week..today was awesome, fell in to my favrte bench exercises and gym slowly strtd to become as my favrite hobby... ive found few essential basics that any one shud follow while gymming....

  • never start any classes with out doing a warm up and stretching, by this way yr body get accustomed to the following hard classes
  • always give sufficient (not longer) breaks between exercises, over strain makes things worse
  • eat good and healthy food after ( a good gap) your gym, remember to stop eating once u dont feel hungry any more
  • drink atleast a cup of milk daily to feed your bones and keep it healthy and strong enuf to face the hard exercises
  • very important, dont let yrself down and stop goin gym if u don get any good results initially, make sure u put sufficient effort and keep working on it -- *
  • never do any exercises beyond your limit (working hard doesnt mean go out of the box here) -- *
  • dont have too many friends at gym, this will only spoil the enthusiasm that u need to do exercise, rather u jus keep quaking all the time...(make sure u r not alone either, that will make u feel gym like sick place...have like 1 or 2 frnds and b with in) -- *

* --> things that ive found on my own experience, hehehe ;)

now ive started concentrating more on my health part (don look at me like that, i work durin the day... alrite??? :x ) me planning to join the badmitton club near my home and try to get myself fit (to the best i cud)

Bommarillu....one of the intrstng telugu pick...

i was totally picked up by my mates for ther fun as i booked the ticket for a telugu movie on saturday....watchng a telugu movie is like totally unacceptable out-of-sense act for my friends....started takin the piss out of me...i can say iam 1/3 rd telugu as i once lived wth all my telugu friends for around 7 years odd...i can very well understand the language (unless if its not too pure and not too rubbish) i can speak to an extent to make the communication successfull...i can say watchng movies is one of the best way to learn the language...however, u won b good unless u speak and practice...i used to train my telugu vocabulary by watchng the movies and speaking out wth my close telugu mates (they are too happy to see me talkng telugu and thus they are kind (as well as patient) enuf to ignore all my mistakes) ;)

with the movies i started liking it from Chiranjeevi's Indra....ive watched quite a lot ther after as i started gettin the hold on the language...i lately become a fan of the actory Allu Arjun after watching his AARYA movie.....then got my eye on Nuvosthanantay nenothantaana , varsham and few others which was sensational indeed.... very recently (oh yess am gettin back to the actual part) my frnd and me watchd the movie Bommarillu in PVR....i heard the movie is a super hit in andra and a good treat... i kno am risking (150 rs. per ticket uhhhh) but im not losing much (its only money end of the day, u can earn it ;)) the saturday arrived, late nite show .... full packed audi. and we 2 are quite thrilled to see the movie...trust me it was a full surprise....the movie was an abslte entertainer with a good mixture of comedy, love, music and senti..... im kinda little influenced by it...

genelia jus outclassed wth her own magnetism...she was too sweet and bubbly all over the movie... sidharth got another mark on his career....prakash raj, one need not giv any feedback on this master.....comng to music, i love the song 'Bommani Geesthay' (http://www.momoshare.com/audio/view.php?play=9e1c1ccb1fd6b73c7e9b79b81a9008bf ), heart throbing melody hit ...ive lstnd atleast 100 times in past 2 days (enaaada ivan office la velayaeee seyya maatananu yosikareengala???) :) i jus fell mad on this song and the funny dance genelia made for this.... alltogether i feel lucky as i cud enjoy Telugu movies as well (tho the lang is no way related to me by any means) .... :)

Government servants... *** depressed with public ***

All the days we've been listening and telling about the govt. servants takin up the bribes or ignoring ther duty or misusing the powers and we hardly see them turning out heroes .... i was off from bnglore for 5 days ... and had a very short but significant issues with govt servants interaction with public....

firstly, i was leaving blore on sat afternoon to catch the train (first time ever am travellin in a day train from blore to chennai) ... i got an auto to railway station and to my dismay the auto broke down, half way... how ever, the driver was quite frndly enuf to spot me the bus that takes me to the railway station... gotcha.... got in to the running bus after a thrilling chase... (college memories) once i got in, was little surprised...for the first time ive seen a lady conductor in india...i doubt if there is one in chennai....however iam more happy to see a women gettin ther position higher and stronger.... ive seen the soothing environment in the bus..the passenger actually adheres the lady;s command and don do foot board travel and stuffs..as the conductor being a female by gender i can see her cautious enuf to get the kids onboard safely.... kudos to the bangalore govt....

secondly, i reached chennai central station, my frnds and me planned to go to movie straight from the station... they promised to pick me up from the station and as very much expected they wer not on time....soooo i jus got out of the station crossed the road and standing outside the chennai govt. hospital (the twin towers of chennai, precisely) ....i called them up and told em to pick me up in the above landmark.... while i was waiting i noticed a traffic policeman standing beside me to make sure no vehicles are parked outside the GH (govt hospital) gate ....i can see lotsa auto's trying to park near the gate, the policeman got too pissed off with this and busy chasing them off.... while he does this ...about 20 m away ther are another buncha autos gatherd like mosquitos ... the traffic constable (lets say TC) got more angry and started yelling at 'em... i was standing ther watching all these.... he slowly cme nearer to me and i can see how much he was hurt with the public....every auto driver swears at him wen they wer been chased off... the TC was too hurt by this and sharing his grief wth me... ALL FOR DOING MY JOB..... and this was so different for me...first time i can feel him from his shoes.... i jus told em that they are really great and keep up the spirit (the least i cud do for him) .....

thirdly, after late nite move...my frnds and me gettin back home in the car.... we wer stopped by a group of police near t nagar... (this was 2 or 3 days before independence day and wen ther was a heavy bomb scare...) i din botherd as i have got the reason and the movie tickets as proof to roam around at the middle of the nite.... the police man enquired us wer too rude and straight away shoutin at us asking for the reason and we told em.... later he spotted my bag and askd waz in that...my frnd got angry and anserd in a rude voice tellin "Its my frnds bag and he is jus back from blore..." the police askd him to open it up and i told my frnd to b polite and the police wer doin ther duty wat they supposed to..... i dunno if the police heard this out and suddenly his voice turnd low and askd us to leave .... with out chkng the bag..... may b is that wat the govt sector ppl expctng from the public ...CO OPERATION....

i should say the public have equal responsiblty for the back logs.... may b we all are human and prone to mistakes....but accpeting it and if u see all these (traffic police, cops, other govt officers) as ur frnds and talk wth a smile may turn it out to be good and change the system slowly... if u see this blog as a public service message take it otherwise it is only my opinion.... :)

Paradox ....

i jus got these paradoxes from some wer.... paradoxes are contradictory statements that may nonetheless be true.... u wudve seen this in lotsa indian movies as part of the comedy track.... n e way here are few interstng ones....

1. a man bot a ring for hs wife for 200 bucks. however, hs wife didnt like the ring & requested hs hubby to replace it with a more beautiful 1. the next day the man went to the shop and gave back the ring and selected a 400buck ring instead. as the shopkiper gav hm the ring, he started hs way back without payin for it. the shopkiper ws amazd & askd for the paymnt. the man replied - 'ystrde i paid 200 for the ring & 2day i gav u back the ring bt i didnt tek back the money. so u r paid in full'. saying ths he got away in pride. -------------------------- whr's the catch???????????

2. The barber paradox:In a certain village there is a man, so the paradox runs, who is a barber; this barber shaves all and only those men in the village who do not shave themselves. Query: Does the barber shave himself?Any man in this village is shaved by the barber if and only if he is not shaved by himself. Therefore in particular the barber shaves himself if and only if he does not. We are in trouble if we say the barber shaves himself and we are in trouble if we say he does not.

3."I always lie" is a paradox because if it is true it must be false.

4. "The following sentence is correct. The previous sentence is wrong."

plz do comment me if u happen to kno any more paradox by any chance.... i luv to see those.... :)
